emerald is a great place to stay! the staff is friendly and quick to help. we enjoyed the clean and spacious room. We didn’t have to fight for sunbeds by the pool. also, you can easily enjoy a walk on the beach nearby, making it a lovely spot to relax.

Air conditioning is an extra cost, which feels a bit frustrating for a hotel of this caliber. it would make more sense to include it in the room price. the beach nearby has seen better days, with litter and rocky entry points that detract from a relaxing swim. Expect low-flying planes overhead. while they provide some interesting views, the noise might disrupt your peace and quiet at times.

the air conditioning was an extra cost, what an absoluteley ridiculous situation. also, the limited kitchen equipment was shocking for a place claiming to be modern. I almost considered leaving a nice review but just couldn’t. a complimentary gesture woudl ve been lovely, but who am I kidding? Theres no sense of service here.
